Career Building Attitude
- Cooperative nature
If you are an employee of an organization your attitude must be cooperative to others. Such an attitude will develop mutual understanding among the employees and effect positively on the environment of that organization.
- Be a trustworthy and honest person
As an employee always work honestly and develop trust so that your employers trust in you and give responsible jobs. This will help you to rise up and get a better position in your organization.
- Punctuality and regularity
Your career building is a continuous process. If you are not regular and punctual while studing or during a job that will effect very badly on your future career.
- Never hesitate to ask the problems and difficult tasks
During study or your job if you feel any difficulty never hesitate to ask the other persons. A peson is never complete you have to learn at every step of your life. Ask your servivors the difficult tasks.
- Respect your seniors
Your seniors have greater knowledge than you. They know better about the organization than you so, respect them. If you feel that their knowledge is lesser than you even than give respect to them.
- Don't run away from difficult tasks
If your boss trust in you and gives you difficult tasks... accept it. Don't argue and refuse to take charges of difficult tasks.
